Payment through SB Collect: Please note the following points:

  1. The payment portal accepts the registration amount in INR (Rs). Please try to transfer the appropriate amount in INR (Rs. ) as mentioned on the APC webpage.
  2. Upon the transfer of the amount, if you do not get any confirmation or if you get any error message, please refrain from attempting it further.
  3. For those who encountered the issues in point 2, please check your card statement to see whether the amount has been deducted. If not, please write to us for further instructions.*
  4. For those who paid the registration fee more than once, please go through the details given in the link for seeking refunds.

Indian Participants

  1. Log into SB Collect homepage.
  2. Select Educational Institutions under Category.
  3. Select or enter IISER -Thiruvananthapuram under Kerala State.
  4. Select Registration Fee-Conference/Seminar/Workshop under payment category.
  5. Fill up the details and make the applicable payment.
  • If you have any procedural problems regarding a payment with SBI Collect, please contact APC2025 secretariat.

Cancellation

In case of cancellation, a written notification should be sent directly to APC2025 secretariat.

Poster Session

Poster Guidelines

  1. Please note the following details for the poster dimensions. The poster should be in the portrait format, with the following dimensions: Poster Size- 3 ft. (width) x 4 ft. (height) or 36 inches (width) x 48 inches (height) Format: Portrait
  2. Any other format such as landscape will not be accepted for display.
  3. The abstract should not exceed 500 words.
  4. Venue of poster session - TBA
  5. Please be mindful of appropriate permissions while presenting copyright images.
  6. Please be mindful of prospective journal policies before presenting unpublished data. Responsibility for the data rests on the presenter.
  7. The necessary poster stationaries (Clips, Tapes, Curtains etc.) will be provided from IISER TVM.

  7. We welcome researchers and students to participate in APC 2025 by presenting their work in the poster session.
