For participants

Registration fee includes access to all scientific lectures, poster presentations, discussion sessions and all meals during the conference period starting with breakfast on Dec 14 through dinner till Dec 17 (including transportation to Kovalam beach resort and all meals at the resort on Dec 16).

The registration fees also include accommodation (Check-in Dec 13 and Check-out Dec 18) for participants in the hostels at IISER Thiruvananthapuram.

Indian Participants

Student / Postdoc	10000 INR + 18% GST Total = 11,800 INR (without accommodation) 8000 INR + 18% GST Total = 9,440 INR
Faculty	15000 INR + 18% GST Total = 17700 INR
Industry Participant	20000 INR + 18% GST Total = 23600 INR
International Student/Postdoc Participants (Indian Passport Holders only)	200 USD

• Abstracts for poster presentation may please be submitted on or before 31st July 2026
• Late fee may be applicable for registrations after 31st July 2026. Registration beyond 31st July is subject to availability.
• Up to sixty posters will be chosen. Abstracts selected for poster presentation will be notified by 31st August 2026.
• Please transfer the applicable registration fee to the following bank account and provide the unique transaction ID in the registration form.
• Please complete the payment before proceeding for registration.
