The number of external student participants is limited to 25, and they will be informed of their selection through email on 15th December 2025.
External student participants will be provided accommodation within the IISER TVM campus from 23/01/2026 to 25/01/2026.
IMPORTANT NOTES:
- There is no registration fee.
- Participating students are encouraged to present a poster and submit the title and abstract.
- Printed posters should be in the landscape format of dimensions 4 feet wide and 3 feet in height. Any other formats are not allowed.
- A total of eight best posters will be given the opportunity for a five-minute flash talk. Hence, keep a PowerPoint presentation of a maximum of 5 slides ready with you.
- External participants need to make their travel arrangements.
